Walk-Ins Welcome: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (less wait time) 9 a.m. - 3:00 pm or call Partnership for Community Action for an appointment (404) 537-4310 Applicants Must Bring: (1) Proof of income for all household members 18 years of age and older for the last 30 days; if irregular income, then 90 days proof of income. (2) Most recent home heating bill. (3) Picture ID for applicant. (4) Proof of Social Security (SS) number for all household members. Either a SS card or other legal documents with a SS number.
